We ship anywhere in the UK. Orders placed before 3:00pm are usually dispatched the same working day. Delivery timeframes will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

All orders are supplied with tracking. Free collection is also available.

For orders that include fitting/installation, we will contact you by email by the next working day to arrange the details.

Returns Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

If your return is due to a fault, damage, or an incorrect item being supplied, we will cover the cost of the return shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 1 working day and no later than 5 working days.

To request a return, you can submit it via your account page or contact us directly and our team will be happy to help.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, damage caused by misuse, impact, incorrect installation, or unauthorised modification.

Warranty support is provided subject to proof of purchase. This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We offer a professional supply and installation service for our bollards, suitable for residential, commercial, and trade projects. All installations are carried out by experienced installers to ensure a secure, compliant, and long-lasting fit.

Installation pricing typically starts from £100. Final costs vary depending on the scope of the project, including factors such as bollard type, quantity, ground surface, excavation requirements, and site access.

Each site is assessed individually to ensure the correct installation method is used for your specific location and usage requirements.
