Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your return is due to a fault, damage, or an incorrect item being supplied, we will cover the cost of the return shipping label.

If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and put it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 1 working day and no later than 5 working days.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
