We ship anywhere in the UK. Orders placed before 3:00pm are usually dispatched the same working day. Delivery timeframes will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

All orders are supplied with tracking. Free collection is also available.

For orders that include fitting/installation, we will contact you by email by the next working day to arrange the details.

Returns Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

If your return is due to a fault, damage, or an incorrect item being supplied, we will cover the cost of the return shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 1 working day and no later than 5 working days.

Warranty
All bollards are supplied with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, damage caused by misuse, impact, incorrect installation, or unauthorised modification.

Warranty support is provided subject to proof of purchase. This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The Titan Battery 114 brings automatic vehicle access control to driveways, private entrances and parking areas in a compact, battery-powered design. Its 24V electric mechanism raises the 114mm post to a height of 600mm, with warm white LED lighting to help make the bollard visible.
